Found out friends got the CAA discount for one night and...

Found out friends got the CAA discount for one night and then told it wasn't available. We added a night to the beginning of the trip and it cost $10 more for no reason. When we asked about the CAA rate told it wasn't available however the Super8 emails state AAA discount (which is my opinion is the same). Could've gone elsewhere cheaper. They ran out of waffle mix on the Friday so only bagels/bread for the weekend. Not a good variety of food. Added a different type of cereal to the container which still had another type in it. Not sure I'd go back. Need some disability parking out the back door. Need to move the smoking area to the back of the parking lot and not outside the back door. Then you won't walk into a wall of smoke.

Dear Irene,

Thank you very much for your review and I am sorry your stay was not as good the majority of the reviewers indicate.

You stayed with us under a sports rate that was already discounted and we do not offer further discounts on a rate that is already discounted. The CAA rate at the time would have been more expensive than the rate you paid as pert of the sports team.

I am sorry we ran out of waffle mix for the breakfast which was an oversight on our part.

I hope that you give us another chance to serve you better in the future.
