A large portion of the grounds of an old Victorian house was turned into a motel compound. We were therefore disappointed to discover that the B&B we had booked sat by the road, next to a motel, and that nobody was there to welcome us. Fortunately, once inside the house, everything turned for the best. Our room on the first floor was beautifully appointed, the bed very comfortable (if too high up!), there was a large TV, and, most of all, everything was quiet. A French door opened on the porch, where we could sit in privacy. An excellent breakfast (included) was served at a small popular cafe a few feet away from the B&B, and offered more choice than we would have had in a regular B&B. And the Grand Pré museum was just a few minutes away. I am happy to say that our (too quick) disappointment turned into great satisfaction. This is a very nice B&B.
