“Pick another hotel!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 September 2010

Stayed here for two weeks at the end of August.

The staff were very helpful and polite (apart from the receptionist calling me stupid to the porter as I left my keycard in the room). The rooms are spacious and clean, but very basic. The linen was only changed once in the two weeks we stayed. There is a television in the room but its tiny with no english channels. Nice large bathroom with a great power shower.

Breakfast is the same everyday, with not enough tables to seat everybody so you have to just wait around until a table is free.

The pool was disgusting, the water was cloudy and the sides had dirt on. Not cleaned in the two weeks we were there. We didn't go in the pool once, luckily the Majestic next door has a gorgeous pool so we went there everyday.

We had a great time overall and would go back to Sunny beach but would stay next door at the Majestic. This could have been an awful holiday had we not been able to use another pool.

The first thing to say about The Fiesta Beach hotel is that is 2 hotels in one, The Fiesta Beach & The Fiesta Beach M, both have their own reception & dining area & bedrooms.
The Fiesta Beach M looked like it had been modernised. Saying that the hotel was clean, the breakfasts were acceptable & the staff helpful. The pool area could have been cleaner with only a limited amount of litter bins available. Usual carry-on for sunbeds in the morning, some towels were left on 24/7. The room was a decent size, but small balcony The hotel is in a good location if you want to leave the noise behind, it was only a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants, bars, shops etc.

“Faulty Towers”

On arrival (early morning) the hotel looked ok. Waking next morning to find breakfast was very basic, catered more for the germans, No glasses for the watered down fruit juice, no coffee cups. Daughter struggled to find something to eat every morning, same breakfast daily. No sunbeds to be found cause people where putting towels on at night even though the hotel policy said that if no-one had occupied the sunbed after 40 mins towels would be removed ( that wasnt the case). My dad who is 76 had to get up at 6am just to get two beds for himself and mum. We bought blow up beds to lie on. The pool was filthy and was never cleaned the 2 weeks we where there. I took my daughter to swim in the next door pool because she came down with a sickness bug i think from the pool. The resort is the best but this hotel spoils what should of been a relaxing holiday. Other people who had gone on half board ended up eating out of the hotel because the food was terrible. Sunny beach defo worth a visit but would recommend paying a bit more and going in the majestic hotel next door.

“The Best (Shame it's in Sunny Beach)”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 April 2010

Spent a fortnight here due to Excel going bust.(Turkey booked and paid for but alas not to be) This hotel is THE BEST. The staff are attentive and extremely helpful, the rooms are beautiful and really really spacious, the location is spot on, walk past the pool, through the gardens and then on to the beach (no sand, just fag butts! ok a bit over the top but you know what I mean). However, Sunny Beach is like Benidorm in the 80's but on speed... if that makes sense, for the 1st week anyway! The 2nd week we woke up, strolled along to our favorite bar to get some breakfast and found that almost everything was shutting down. Guests were arriving to spend a further 2 weeks and were livid with the different tour reps (not just the Brits either, all nationalities) So I would give the 2nd,3rd and 4th week of September a miss, unless you are happy to be hotel based.
