I made a reservation online and arrived sight unseen. The desk clerks were rude and unprofessional. The room door opened out to the street, and by the looks of the place it was not safe. I was very disappointed because the pictures on the website do not depict what this hotel is really like. After looking at the room I went to cancel my reservation and the desk clerk manager refused and I told her I would dispute the charges with my credit card company. She then decided to refund my reservation, but then made a smart remark "Good luck finding something else". Well, I did find something else...I found a super 8 about 7 miles away that was safe, clean, and more economical than Best Western. Not to mention, the staff at Super 8 in Clemmons was absolutely the best!!!
