We loved this place! Right downtown, but noise is not a factor. Charming, fully equipped, two-story suites with living room and kitchenette downstairs and loft bedrooms. Modern facilitles, common outdoor balcony facing the river. We could easily walk to everything. Innkeeper was extremely friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for the weekend. Great, clean loft style room. Staff was great. Complimentary muffins and juice/water in our in-room frig each day. Excellent location. We didn't use our car all weekend. Felt like we had a downtown apartment. Noise was not an issue on a weekend that had multiple events happening downtown. My only suggestion would be for a shade for the sun window on the ceiling as it is very bright starting at 7am and right above the bed

We arrived in the morning after a red eye flight from the West Coast with a very tired 9 month old (wouldn't suggest it), we were met with locked doors and no one inside. The note on the front door said to call and they would meet us for early check in. After a quick returned phone call, we were met at the front door by the daughter of the owners. Quickly got us into our room and started to work on restaurant options for us (my wife being vegan). We were immediately impressed with the lofted room with exposed brick and a great view. Out for a quick lunch and a drive around the city we found our way back to the Inns parking lot. (on Front Street and free parking!) We were again met by (sorry we forgot your name but you were awesome) the daughter of the owners who had been phoning friends and friends of her parents to find us a decent restaurant with vegan options.....and she had a list. Dinner was great, bed was enormous, room was super clean and quiet. We returned one week later for our flight back to the West Coast and found my wife's toiletries that she had left behind in our room...

This Inn was a charming renovated warehouse updated with modern decor and amenities. We were greeted by one of the owners and given a tour and taken to our room. Very comfortable and perfect location near downtown and the riverwalk. We will definitely stay here again!
