The room was perfect for us and our young adult children. I was plesently suprised that we each had our own bathrooms. A major plus. The only issue we had with the room was there was no water pressure in the shower. Other than that the Tv's were up to date and the furniture was comfortable although a little worn.We went down to visit our son who is a Marine. We brought an entire Thanksgiving meal. We were abl;e to heat everything in the oven which worked great (full kitchen another good benefit) The houskeeeping staff was very good. The front desk staff was very helpful. (Clint - even measured the oven for us before we came down). We did use the hot tub. It looked and smelled clean. I do wish they had a guide to local stores in the area in the room. That would have been helpful. Breakfast was okay. They did offer a good variety. The cooked foods such as eggs, pancakes, french toast were not desirable at all but they had a waffle maker, breads that could be toasted along with oatmeal and fresh fruit which was nice. We didn't hear any noise in our room which was suprising because usually we hear our neighbors through paper thin walls but that wasn't the case at this hotel. I will definately look for this hotel in other states we visit based on this visit.

We recently spent one night while passing through the area. I have stayed in many Residence Inns in all parts of the country and this, while not one of the worse, also is not one of the best. On the plus side: the staff is outstanding, very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Check-in was a pleasure. The price was great. The one-bedroom suite is nice even for an overnight stay. The included breakfast had some nice surprises, such as fresh pineapple, and was much cleaner than one typically sees. On the not-so-good side of the ledger: this particular room was getting kind of threadbare. Some of the room furniture was battered. The vinyl was worn through in numerous places on the easy chair, and other furniture was nicked and scratched. There was no information in the room about the hotel or the area. The evening snack, a solo offering of an unappetizing rice mixture, was the worst I have ever seen at a Residence Inn or its competitors. I would stay here again, but I would try to get a better room.

Stayed for two night's with husband and teenage daughters. Check in was smooth, Charles was very knowledgeable and helpful, making sure to give us directions to a few restaurants. We stayed in a two bedroom suite, great way to travel with teens. They have a room, you have a room but there is a kitchen, and shared living room. Best part two bathrooms, anyone with teen daughters will enjoy that. Amazingly, rates were only about twenty more a night then standard room. Beds were firm, very firm. Room was clean to include kitchen. The included breakfast was really good. Fresh fruit, yogurts, pastries, Belgium waffles and rotating hot foods- eggs, pancakes, sausage etc. Really something for everyone. We would definitely stay again.

Staff is wonderful, service is great. if in the area i would definetly stay at this hotel gain. just a great place.
