After staying at this location MANY times with my husband, while on business, we finally wised up and went to Sanford (22 miles). Appears to be an older location, and the rooms really show that. The beds, even the "Presidential Suite", have the dreaded, old, motel comforter on them. In my opinion, the beds were NOT good! The housekeeping cleaned to an extent, refreshed our towels, sprayed some stuff, but no real special attention was payed anywhere other than the basics. Out of all the staff, I really only found 2 people to be professional, friendly and genuine. (Clarence at night, and young girl mid-afternoon) One staff member, in particular, was VERY unprofessional, and arrogant, and it was so bad that it was discussed by myself, and at least 2 other guests during breakfast. She could be heard upstairs near my room, bc it was near the laundry chute and she was near the chute downstairs, bashing guests and talking about them, and cussing. After our last visit, we will never stay there again. Small pool, cont. bfast., walking distance to stores, and Vanessa should be more careful next time she wants to talk about the guests while standing near the laundry chute.

We were recently planning a trip to the Antiques Festival near Siler City and reserved 2 single (1 bed) rooms (for 3 people) for 2 nights. Upon arrival, the girl at the front desk was extremely friendly and checked us in to both rooms. The first room was good, when we opened the door to the second room it was very clearly occupied. We went down to the desk and told her that the 2nd room was occupied and requested another room. They were sold out. She called Jadek Patel, the owner, who offered rooms at another property if we would get back in the car (after a 6 hour drive) and drive another 30 minutes! Botttom line , three of us in a room with one bed, one of us had to sleep on the floor. I didn't expect a 4 star property at 55.00 per night but I would not expect a guest to pay for sleeping on the floor because the hotel made a mistake and gave the 2nd room to someone else. There is no water in the pool, the only snack machine was empty, the bagels at breakfast were hard as rocks stale. Perhaps I would be a little kinder if I hadn't spent the night on the floor. We tried again at check-out to get them to not charge us for the first night but Mr. Patel would not agree. Be very careful about your reservation at this property.

Stayed here 8/30/08 for one night. Very Very nice Hotel. Clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a nice continental breakfast. Has a nice outdoor pool, but did not use it due to some pop-up storms that came by.

I read the other reviews on here and I found NONE of the issues that the other people had. We came into Siler City by 421 South and the Hotel is easy to find. Had NO problems at check in, girl at front desk was very nice and courteous. Our room had the standard things in it(ironing board, hairdryer) It also had a mini refrigerator and a microwave.

The Bathroom was clean and had a stand up shower in it. Water Pressure was great.

There is a Waffle House, Wendys, and Mc Donalds. There are a few other restaurants also such as a mexican restaurant and a chinese restaurant. They do have a Wal-Mart too.

it was a good experience, room was nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, my wife loved the breakfast and lobby with fire place. real country enviorment. it was hard to find but worth it.
