We have come away completely refreshed after our stay in "The Vines", and an absolutely delightful few days in the Barossa Valley. Everything was perfect! The apartment was stunning, and provisions excellent. An excellent base from which to explore the Barossa.

My wife and I stayed in The Vines cottage for four nights in early December.

The accommodation is of a very high standard, the cottage being in a lovely setting with a great outlook and everything inside exceeded our expectations. Many similar self-catering establishments could learn a number of lessons about how things should be done from the standard and quality of all facilities to the contents of the fridge and all amenities etc.

We stayed here as a family over three days. We have been travelling extensively and this felt like a real home complete with fully decorated Christmas tree! We stayed at The Loft and enjoyed the gorgeous all round views onto the vineyards, beautiful starry skies, the spa bath complete with candles, winebucket and glasses and the great breakfast supplies. Yes there are other cottages nearby and perhaps that may annoy people - we had absolutely no problem and were not aware of our neighbours.

A great find in the Barossa. A getaway for two nights - not long enough! Not really knowing what to expect, 'the Vines' was a gem & exceeded our expectations! Well fitted throughout, lovely decorated with every little extra you could think of. Clean & beautifully presented! So comfortable. Provisions for brekkie were bountiful!! Settled within the grapevines, the sunsets were beautiful. The surrounding historical barn etc were great to check out for a history buff like myself. Set in the beautiful barossa, access to the region, towns, wineries etc was simple! We are very selective with our accomodation, we have stayed in many places in the Barossa over the years, this one is worth the praise! Looking forward to staying with friends in the Vines & Loft very soon!
