This is pretty much an average to slightly above average newer Holiday Inn Express. I have stayed here several times, the rooms are clean, the breakfast area is typically kept neat. Location is good considering that there is no airport that is actually at the terminal, but this hotel is less than a five minute drive from the rental car return and they do have a shuttle. Also it is only about 5-10 minutes from downtown, so it is a legitimate option if you do not want to pay downtown hotel prices. At least they do not seem to charge as if it is an airport hotel - prices have been on par with other Holiday Inn Epress hotels.

The location is great. Bed quality is not that good, little tough, staff are weird, not bad, but little weird. One staff lady called me "sweety" and she looked like she was younger than me and i am 30. While checking out the morning staff looked like he had just stepped out of bed. Otherwise the hotel is ok, its clean. They have flat screen tvs and complimentary breakfast as well unless you have to catch a flight at 6 in the morning.

We paid considerable less for this hotel than we would have for a downtown Omaha hotel. We have stayed at the Magnolia and Embassy Suites in the past but on this date their rates were twice the amount we paid. Even the Holiday Inn located between the Express and downtown was 60-70 dollars higher on this date. The hotel was quiet and clean.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Clean room. Quiet.. A bit out of the way. Gas station right next door. Breakfast was edible.
