We were greeted by the receptionist who informed us that there was an 120 euro deposit per room , unbelievable when we were only there 2 nights. We were somewhat annoyed as this was not mentioned once before we booked, luckily 2 people had brought credit crads.
We then asked for a safe which was 3 euros per day...and of course that came with a 10 euro deposit!!! the safes were not even in our room they were situated in the reception area.
When entering the apartment everything was clean and tidy and very spacious however our beds weren't even made, after 10 hours travelling the last thing I needed was to have to start making beds.
We also found out that once we had used up the loo roll provided we had to buy our own as they only provide you with one that is free of charge.
On the day we left we got our deposit back without any issues but were told off for not bringing down the rubbish from the pedal bin in the kitchen and putting it in the bins in the street,
I enjoyed my stay as we were out exploring for most of the time but I doubt I would return again.
