We stayed for 10 days commencing 26th Sept 2011 around 11am and checked in promptly without any delays after formalities. We had read all previous reviews prior to booking and arrived with open mind, therefore 100 Euro returnable deposit was no surprise and was promptly returned within 5 mins of checking out. Safe deposit 5 euro deposit. TV is all spanish but there is a fix by pushing a button with an ear on and from drop down list you can select english language if it is available on the recorded film/programme. found this by fiddling buttons (no user guide) Small balcony overlooking main street and opposite clubs/bars. We were only 2 people and as bedroom is at rear of apartment with 2 intervening doors noise was never a problem. Ideal couples and groups but would not recommend for families. Staff friendly, supermarket underneath, plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants of all standards to meet with all tastes and budgets. 2 lifts to all floors with Rooftop pool that was not too busy during our stay(no umbrellas) and no natural shade so beware in hot weather

Apartments were clean, staff very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic value for money and right near beach and shops.

These apartments were great once we managed to get in to them. On arrival we were told that we actually weren't staying at the Blau and were sent to a prison block above MacDonalds! We'd booked in January for a Hen weekend , but apparently something had gone wrong and no-one thought to mention it to us until we arrived. We wasted a whole day -from 10am to 4:30pm arguing, crying, and begging with quite possibly the worst travel agent in the entire world - do not ever use Travel Republic they were shambolic and blamed ( and still are blaming) everyone but them for the issue. The Blau receptionists - we waited so long there was a shift change over - were tolerant of us...i wouldn't go so far as to say helpful - they said it happens everyday during high season so i guess they put up with alot. We eventually got in, and the apartment was spotless with a nice sea view (we were on the road side). It wasn't huge but was fine for just the long weekend we had booked. There were security on the door in the evening which was reassuring as the reception is open to the strip but they seemed to know exactly who was staying and who wasn't. We felt safe returing to the apartment on our own during the night etc. The apartments are literally on the strip, so are noisy, but if you are out late then it doesnt bother you...
Lloret itself was far more international than I imagined, we met people from all over Europe and although everyone's intentions were the same -Party Hard -it was quite refreshing to not be 100% brits.
Lloret is crazy just like any other euro party resort, plenty of bars and clubs. Not too overpriced.The beach isnt too great -gravelly sand and the sea is deep straightaway, wouldnt be good for kids. We went to a beach nearby which was much nicer -just ask around -it was called Santa Christina I think. We ate in the Orient Express for breakfast each day -it was so good, and also had dinnerb their one night, again it was great.
We also ate in San Cabana which was set back from the main road out of Lloret and was lovely with real authentic spanish food. There is plenty of cheap fast food to be had if thats what you like. Smarter restuarents seemed to be a bit harder to come by....
There are too many bars etc to mention, the beach bar is great for HUGE cocktails as the sun goes down. Lloret is great for hen and stag do's and we saw plenty with more fancy dress then normal clothes on most nights! I would throughly recommend Blau apartmnets, and Lloret for a cheap and cheerful weekend as long as your not looking for 'real' spain you'll be fine!

The apartments are fantastic, very clean!!! It is perfect for young travellers on a party week! Pool area was clean. Would be ok for families but is aimed at the 18-30 age range! I am a hotel snob and it was fantastic value for money!

A few things to note:
There is 100 euro deposit per room
Toilet roll may need to be brought but there is a spar next door

The location could not be better!
Just watch your transfers with resort hopper book private If possible as we waited 2 hours for 3 other flights to come in!

Could not fault the staff and security is high at night with a key'd door on reception aswell

Lots of bars and clubs around just watch the locals some are very rude If you do not buy from their shop.

Overall very good and
Would stay again! If you are a light sleeper ear plugs may be needed if you do not like noise
