It's a laid-back, wholesome atmosphere where most of the outdoor activities are designed for the WHOLE family to enjoy together. It's like going back to a simpler time, with a rustic, western theme, but using some new & unique activities. There's mini golf, gem mining, wagon rides, and target galleries for paintball & air-soft BBs. No one gets shot at - you shoot at ghost town targets. Both kids and adults love those activities. "Just for kids" includes the bounce castle, the mini truck and dune buggy tracks, and the free playground. There's NO ADMISSION FEE. There's shady picnic areas and an inspirational nature park. Camping, RV sites, and lodging are on site. “Friendly owners make for a fun-filled time of putt-putt, wagon rides, and so much more!”

Wagonmaster Adventure Ranch is a breathe of fresh air in an surprisingly accessible and beautiful location. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly and do everything in their power to make for a fun-filled family time. Our church recently held an outdoor picnic at the ranch and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We grilled hot dogs, huddled by the campfire, and played lots and lots of games. Thanks so much for a memorable evening located in the mountains of North Carolina!

Hi John. We really appreciate you taking the time and effort to write such a nice review. We really enjoyed the church group, and we hope you know you are welcome to come and enjoy the park anytime - even it's it's just to cookout, have a campfire, and play volleyball. My grandchildren did several of the activities and had a great time. The owners did everything to make this a great memory for the whole family.

“Wonderful Time With Church Family and Friends”

My church family from Zion Hill Baptist Church spent the fall break with our families at this Adventure Ranch and Campground. Though I could only visit during the evening hours, due to my work, my husband, grandchildren and myself found it totally amazing as being so close to home but yet so isolated. The children as well as adults had a great time with so many different things to do..There were camping areas for your tent or RV or very nice cabins to rent..Whether your an adult, small child or in between, there is something for everyone. Saying our host Jim & Debbie were more than accomodating is an understatement..we all made friends that will last and never forget...So Jim and Debbie, on behalf of Zion Hill Baptist Church we thank you for your hospitality and graciousness in this Christian Themed Adventure Ranch..We will definitely be coming back to see you..

WOW! That was SO NICE of you Brenda. We totally loved meeting all of you, and we feel the same way - that we made great friends over those couple of days. Watching all the generations having such a great time TOGETHER was so rewarding to us. We felt totally blessed to be a part of it. When parents, grandparents, teenagers, and little ones can share some wholesome outdoor fun together, that is a wonderful inspiration that it can STILL be done even in our hi-tech world if we make the time for it. Pastor Terry and your whole church membership have obviously mastered "FAMILY FUN", and I can't wait for your next trip! We love ya'll, Jim & Deb Rodby

Our son was with us briefly before heading off to college and we enjoyed our time at WagonMaster Adventure Ranch. The owners (Deb & Jim) go out of their way to make you feel like you have been friends forever. We played minature golf and had a great time trying to compete with each other and the course record. There are many other activities that familes can enjoy for any age group - even retired ones like us. We will certainly go again.
