The hotel was nice, but a bit over priced. I booked my room in early Oct., was suppose to get
a 20% discount but didn't. Also saw the hotel cheaper at another site, was suppose to get a
a free night, that to was not going to happen either.
It was clean except for the rugs, they need help. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast
each morning was great. Say Hello to Tammy in the breakfast room, she was the best!!
Kept everything clean and the food hot and good. Hot popcorn in the lobby each day.
Very nice indoor pool and a nice work out room.
The hotel is in walking distance to alot of resturants and stores, which is great if you don't have a car . I was visiting family and flew in from Rochester New york.
I was there for 3 days and felt safe there. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 day stay. Good food, great service and wonderful staff.

Nice room & bathroom. Clean. Good a/c. Breakfast fine. EVERY SINGLE employee was enthusiastic, exceptionally nice, & polite, from cleaning, to maintenance, to sweeping front walk, to breakfast crew. We were blown away. Would highly recommend.

Was looking for a hotel in the Charlotte area and most were quite expensive and had iffy reviews on Trip Advisor. This hotel was much better priced ($99 a night) and had great reviews. Great choice! This hotel is clean, check-in was a breeze, friendly staff, and a great location next to restaurants, wal-mart, etc.

Highly Recommend this hotel.
