After staying here for a week, I extended my stay because of a lack of other options. The customer service rep on duty quoted me a price and I accepted. After checking out, I watched my credit card statement for the deposit return, but the full deposit wasn't returned. Apparently the lady quoted me the wrong price and thus, I was charged the difference. Their rebuttal? She is newly trained and still learning.
Sorry, but I shouldn't be charged for their mistakes.
