i found this just off I 40 has restaurant nextdoor, hotel is clean,staff friendly helpful,microwave and fridge ,convience store across st , give u discount coupon texas roadhouse,walmartand several other small stores at exit

Friendly, friendly staff from the front desk to breakfast to housekeeping. They all made you feel welcome. Hotel was clean and warm. It was also convenient to I-40.

The only downside of my stay was the water was lukewarm. I did report this to the staff on the second night. However, it did not improve.

Can't really say I experienced the great staff that others have mentioned. Received no benefits of my Platinum Priority Club status. Hotel is in good shape with plenty of parking.
No entertainment (ppv movies, etc) available in room. Very strange closet, barely deep enough to fit a hanger and hard to close the door with anything in there.
Could definitely hear trucks going by on the freeway from my room, which was facing the freeway on the end closest to it. Only one elevator. Good sized breakfast area. Internet worked fine, bed was comfortable.

I've stayed at this property several times. It is locally and American owned with a very good staff and clean facility. I've had top notch service. There was a time when I stayed and the room needed some serious plumbing work on it. Quickly, the staff moved me to a different floor. The hotel has a good local reputation and features a lot of history of the town.
