I was there for a dog show in Nov. I found the staff to be very nice and helpful. The room was very clean, and a very nice bed for sleeping. The heater/AC unit was quite and it was the first hotel I stayed in that I was able to get it set just right for sleeping. I will be going back to this hotel next year for the dog shows again. They cleaned my room everyday.

Save your money on this one and just stay down the street. The staff at the desk is very RUDE. The housekeeping staff like to smile, but not a word of English so asking for anything is a waste of time. I asked the evening desk mgr. for change and was told they could not make change because it was a weekend and they might run out. Why would I think they might prepare for busy weekends ? As for the rooms, very disgusting. The desk chair was very unstable and I had to place a towel on the seat before sitting due to the stains. The shower had mold on the ceiling and had not been cleaned in years. I was forced to stay in a smoking room which had cigarette burns on the bed spread, drapes, carpet and bathroom sink. Breakfast was a joke. Don't waste your time or money on this one.

The staff at the front desk was kind and considerate but you are only there for 10 minutes. The rest of the time you are in your room and that is where things feel apart. I could not keep a stable wireless Internet connection and there was no ethernet port. There was black mold in the shower and there was 1 inch of caulk around the base of the toilet which rocked when you sat on it. The hallway smelt like cat urine, the AC did not work well and there are some other things that I won't even go into. The location happened to be good for my purposes but I will not stay there again.

Nice place to stay. This was our second time staying here to attend the Drag Races at ZMax Raceway. Not too far away but just far enough to avoid the higher rates if we had stayed closer. Very friendly staff and very helpful. They gave us a great tip for dinner and a coupon to help sway our decision. Would definitely stay again. The women at the front desk were always friendly and always smiling.
