The mattress pad was so fitthy and soiled that we I took it off. They did not have any clean ones to replace it with. Carpet very dirty, room musty and was the worst place I've ever stayed in, especially for the Choice Hotels, which I am surprised that Choice allows it to carry its logo. Quality - by no means. It appears the ownership is operating like a Super 8 or even a lesser standard. However, the staff was outstanding!

I have to say.,.,.,. great place to stay with affordable costs !! We do travel in may and oct. for the nascar races and choice hotels, always have great rates !! And the service at the front desk was awesome !! The older lady whom helped me was excellent !! She was very kind and had a great personality !! The front desk always has to be very presentable-- knowing that is the first and last experience of the hotel. Thumbs up to this hotel !!

Was stucked in Charlotte due to the volcano. After spending 2 hours in that dirty place across the street called "americas best value inn", I changed to this Quality Inn. For a little more money, I had a big and clean room with good WiFi connection and a very friendly staff! The breakfast which is included is of very small variety and not very tasty, but the most important thing for me was to be in a save and good place for three nights close to the airport to finally get my plane back home to Europe! You get a good exchang for your money! Stay there and you won´t regret it!

I was booted from my connecting flight on US Airways due to motion sickness caused by my previous flight from Nashville, on a junket plane in poor weather. I arrived with six others around midnight. The concierge had an attitude even over the phone when I called to catch a ride on the free shuttle over. My first room was infested with ants, due to a left-over cheetos bag lodged between the bed and the night stand.

My SECOND room had a dirty ink-stained quilt on one of the beds. I slept in the other one, because I was head-achy, and still dizzy from that rough US Airways flight. I was not up for moving to yet a third room. Don't get me started on that airline. They just dumped me by the exit, and said 'Away with you, " basically. If I was REALLY incapacitated, I probably would have died right in the Charlotte airport, if it was left up to the airline. Anyway, I requested repeatedly an extra blanket from the concierge, knowing that the quilts on the bed had not been changed. She told me that housekeeping was also the driver, and that he was busy picking people up from the airport, due to so many cancelled flights.

My stay was free, but if it wasn't I would have demanded my money back. The ice machines did not work also. Overall, a [--] poor hotel, that should be avoided, if at all possible.
