Just returned from a 4 day business trip and I must say, the hotel is 1st class. Great checkin and super assistance from Ashley. I stayed on the executive level and it included the hospitality room which was great for a simple breakfast with ample variety and fesh food. The room was great and very comfortable. The conference was handled well and the meeting rooms, many of which were hotel rooms were great. The food for the conference (except for one dinner) was buffet style and I must say the quality was excellent. Great variety and flavor for all the dishes presented. The location is somewhat central with many shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Nice view of water. Very clean room. Stylish bathroom with porcelain bowl, granite countertops, and designer toiletries. Beds small but super comfy. Staff professional and courteous. Great coffee maker in room.

Within short drive to Concord Mills and lots of chain restaurants. Great stay when visiting UNCC!

Decent hotel, but not necessarily opulent. Would be great for a business trip or a few days' visit witht he family, but not where you could get pampered and not necessarily if you were in Charlotte as a tourist. A little off the beaten track if downtown is where you want to get to. Clean enough, but could be better.

My wife and I are retired and travel alot. We have stayed in hotels over 60 stays in the past year. This hotel is below the standard we would expect from a Hilton property. The furnishings are old and worn. The carpet threadbare.The bed was a nightmare with a large ditch in the middle, My wife and my back are thrashed this morning. After checking I took a shower. When the light in the tiny bathroom was turned on a loud noise came from the fan. An inspection of the unit found it so caked with filth that it was overheating and ready to catch fire. As we left for dinner I requested that the fan be repaired. Upon returning to the room I found the repair was to unplug it. Durring the "repair job" the worker left a large mess, Dust and filth from the fan, all over the counter and floor. The rooms are configured in such a way as to put the door to the room within 12 feet of the door so you will not have a peacefull night sleep. With all the hotels in the area do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.
