While in the middle of relocating for my job I stayed here. While I wasn't overly impressed with the cleaning staff I cant say enough about Ashley that works the front desk. My company dropped the ball on extending my reservation for another week. Ashley went above and beyond her job for me. She talked to server people within my company and worked everything out to ensure I had a place to stay. She was very friendly and help destress the situation! When all was said and done I was able to stay in the same room and not worry about moving rooms or having to book another hotel. As a manager I would be so lucky to have her as an employee! Thank you very much Ashley!

i travel 11 months out of the year and do a lot of last min stays and this hotel was more than i expected the room was clean comfortable bed internet was not the best it booted me off while i was trying to transfer files but beside that it was an enjoyable stay and i would stay there again

I was traveling thru Charlotte and had to stop for the night. I picked this Sun Suites hotel due to the brightly lit parking lot. When I entered the office I saw the gentleman was peparing to leave but he stopped and checked me in anyway. Security showed me to my room and I was surprised to find a room that wasnt fancy but very neat and very clean. There was free cable and the internet was usable. I was so happy with my find that I satyed an extra night and got to sightsee in Charlotte. I will be back whenever I come back thru. I met both managers and they made sure I had the locations and phone numbers to all the Sun Suites so i can find one no matter where I am traveling. Great place!!!

Where do i begin with this horrible no good worthless excuse for a hotel!!! Dirty rooms mold in the bathtub constant leaky bathtub faucet, no cookware even though they say they provide, no daily housekeeping no fresh towels. We had four people in our room and only two towels and washclothes!! When we called to get more they said they had no clean towels!!!! We ended up going to a walmart and buying towels which is an unneeded expense when staying at a hotel!!! They r overpriced, if u r gonna spend $65 a night for a room which is there normal rate please stay at the best western or the fairfield next door for the same price!! I complained and complained to the front desk and manager and she even called the regional manager and yet we would not be issued a refund!!!
