“Never treated worse at any hotel in the USA.”

I have worked in the hotel business for 25 years at both Marriott and Wyndem.I have stayed at this hotel before. The bathtub was so stained I dared not get into it.But what was far worse was the costmer service.I knew it wasn't a Marriott and at $50.00 a night it was ok.I flew in to Charlotte and 9pm and had to be at a event by 10pm.I checked in and ask for a 1 oclock c/o and was told please call the desk in the morning which is standard hotel policy for hotels in this class. At 943 am the housekeeper was banging at the door.I called the desk and told did not ask that I was checking out at 1pm due to a 245pm flight back home.AT 1:11 pm the housekeeper was banging on the door.I was sound asleep but told her I would be out in 10 minutes. She went to get the owner that basically said if I was not out this very second he was calling the police,I said I was sorry and he said there is no sorry for you,Even asked if somone was in the bathroom.I explained to him again I had a flight please call a cab,He then says oh ok if that is true take your time,10 minutes ok?I brushed my teeth and got out of there. The cab did come fast.

“The best cost-benefit relationship, with a friendly attendance!”

We stayed at this hotel for three weeks for a course in college. We were very well received by the general manager (Mr. Pattel), which was very nice and attentive. The accommodations are good, and the rooms have a fridge and a microwave, and coffeemaker. The bed is very good, the bathroom has a bath, heating and air conditioning. All the rooms have a free WiFi Network. The breakfast is simple, but above all made with care. The staff are very courteous and friendly. It is an excellent cost-benefit, of course, you will not find anywhere else in Charlotte. If you search for it, then you come to the right place!

“Overall impressed”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 January 2011

Well I was looking for something under $50 with free Wi Fi and was blessed to find a friendly face and new bedding, carpet and you can even make fresh waffles in the morning and all the coffee I wanted.
I paid $43 and the only thing I suggested was free water in room and to have hair drier but it was nicer then the Ramada inn and it's 4 miles to airport. No restaurants close but you can order delivery.

“Great hotel at low price”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 January 2011

It is a good hotel at this price and the location is very convenient. The rooms have 25 inch TV, refrigerator and microwave. The rooms are renovated and have digitally controlled temperature controller( AC and heating) at this price. The staff is very friendly and guided me to the nearby places to visit. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is at exit 35 on I-85 and therefore very near to Charlotte airport(Exit 33).The toilets were clean. The water pressure in shower was good and plenty of hot water .

“Good sleep and and great people”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 September 2010

Yeah, out of the way. Great staff and great office workers. No problems. Happy to have a clean room and good security at all times. No boogy men, I will recommend and already have, for friends to stay at this hotel. For the price and the niceness we were treated with, I will stay again and again with no issues. Mitchell, our night security man was exceptional in his duties. The breakfast was very, very good. We were in meetings most of the day but did have a chance to have a meal and it really rocked. My wake up calls were right on time, thank you. Keep up the good work, hopefully see you next year. As I said, I was in meetings most of the day and was not able to take pictures. But the rooms were nice and made you feel welcome.
