Stayed here on a trip from Florida to New York. Got a great rate and was not disappointed. Only a short distance off the interstate, the parking lot was brightly lit. The lobby was very inviting and check in took literally seconds. We were in our room in no time, We had a 2 double suite and it was huge with a kitchenette area with micro and fridge. A sitting area and large bedroom area. Loved this room, lots of space for the kids to unwind. The hotel was clean, quiet and inviting.

Got a great night sleep, no noise whatsoever. Free wifi throughout was a bonus.
The breakfast was average hotel fare, but it saved us time not having to stop somewhere to eat.

Overall, this place was great and I would highly recommend to anyone travelling in the area. If we return someday, we will definately stay here again.

The room was a little warm, even after turning the air down, but it was extremely hot outside. I am sure all the a/c's were working overtime.
Maybe worth a check tho.

I stayed at this location for over 50 nights between April and August of 2011. The accomadations were great and the staff was very firendly and helpful. It makes you feel good when all the staff knows your name. I would highly recommend Comfort Suites Northlake to anyone traveling in the Charlotte area. I can't tell you how much better my long term stay away from home was made due to this place!

We were looking for a place to sleep on a long trip home. What a nice surprise to find such beautiful accommodations for such a great rate (we found it on hotwire). Too bad we couldn't stick around to enjoy it all. Beautiful room with so many amenities . A hidden jewel!
