They Hyatt is a great place to stay. The room is very spacious with a sectional couch and large flat screen. The bed is comfortable and the staff (particulary Lisa) is very helpful. I would stay at the Hyatt again. If I had to be critical, the bathroom is really small and the location is a bit far from downtown.

Was able to stay at the Hyatt Place Charlotte City Park, and it was a very pleasant experience. Hotel grounds, lobby and rooms were very clean and tidy. Excellent place to stay for an overnight very close to the airport, with availability of a shuttle. Wonderful people working at this hotel. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Labor Day weekend my husband & I stayed at this hotel after a very stressful day of work and travel. Our previous plans had been wrecked because of flight delays and bad weather, so we called for the room last minute. The front desk staff at this hotel were soooo friendly and nice. They inquired about our journey, checked us in quickly, directed us to our room and told us to relax!...Our room was super clean and stylish, especially for the price, it was a great value! We ordered food from the mini bar in lobby after we had gotten settled in, it was a little pricey, but it was pretty good. The menu was provided on the tv in our room. Overall this hotel was a lifesaver, with all the dissappointment and stress from earlier that evening, it was easy to book a room here, and once here we didn't have to worry about a thing! Great stay!
