“Heaven”

Absolutely amazing. After working away for 4 weeks and travelling from Perth, this was the perfect escape. Solitude, relaxation, crisp fresh air, beautiful scenery, everything i wanted to bond with my loved one. My only problem, we SHOULD have stayed longer. I love the fact that you had absolutely everything prepared, with signs to show how things worked, books, dvds, candles, photo albums, games, pets etc and not a detail missed. Being greeted by your quaint little cottage at reception made us instantly feel like we were at home. Then the bottle of wine to start as soon as we walked in the door, champagne, fresh eggs and milk in the fridge with choccies, finished off nicely. Dvd's for abit of afternoon laziness then off to the spa to watch the sun go down on the Stirlings. I was sooo tired that night but didnt want to sleep, just wanted to enjoy the fairy lights with my champers in the spa and the serenity of being on the farm. Was totally relaxed when we left the next day. I will be travelling to Albany more often now just so i can stay at your place. By far the best place we have ever stayed. Thanks so much

“Great Outback Getaway”

The lonnng drive from Perth airport to Cloud 9 was well worth it! Cloud 9 is Highly recommended for citydwellers who need a rustic getaway .Place is clean, modern and cozy. Host Shelley and Stan were very friendly and helpful. The home made Pizza we ordered was fantastic with the bubbly.Everymorning multi colored parrots came for a visit at our doorstep ;curious wild kangeroos greeted us from the bush in the cool evening... planning for a 2nd visit with the parents...Good Job Shelley!

“best getaway ever!! Love it!!”

My husband and I spent out honeymoon here. It was absolutely perfect!!!
I loved the chalet, it was so cozy, and they had everything to accomadate us. My only criticism is that we wanted to go see the farm animals but we couldnt because of the magpies swooping :( maybe relocate?
We plan on coming every year!!

Thank you for taking the time to tell us how much you enjoyed your Honeymoon here! It was also great to see some pictures of the "Honeymoon Goodies" from our guest's perspective! We are glad you enjoyed your little treat!
It is a shame that the magpies were nesting- unfortunately, with the rural land around and the Nature Reserve, we don't get much say in which tree they pick in their once a year mission!! As they are protected we are not allowed to touch them, or move the nests (I can't imagine me climbing big gum tress either!!). We suggest to guests that find the magpies are swooping to use the umbrella in the Chalet when walking near their chosen trees as that can deter them. Thank goodness the babies grow up quickly and the nesting only lasts a week or so!!

So 3 weeks before chrissie i decided to disappear with hubby and my four yr old... and was so happy to discover Cloud Nine Chalets. Shelley was so lovely to deal with and all my emails were responded to quickly. was already in love with the service before we left home! once we got there i just fell in love more. everything was so comfy with still a 'hotel' feel about it . loved the bottle of bubbly on arrival and the nibbles platter that was also left for us. only downside to my trip was i wished i had something to put the farm fresh eggs in to bring home, felt like such a waste leaving them as they were so yum! The service from cloud nine didn't stop until we were home. We had left out little christmas tree there with a special bell on it and it was no trouble at all for shelley to post it back to Perth. Their service is outstanding. Huge thanks to Shelley, Stan and family.

My partner and I wanted to see the stirling ranges and I came across Cloud Nine Spa website and I wasn't too sure at the time, but as soon as we arrived we fell in love, they made us feel so welcome and to be honest I don't think they miss any details, they are so thoughtful with every single detail of the room. The champagne, the fresh eggs and fresh milk.
We loved everything about it, we ordered their pizza on our second night and they even included chocolates! seriously how sweet is that!
If you are going down that way and would like some quiet time and relaxing time I couldn't remember this place enough! I'm definitely coming back and you should all go there! love Tracey and Dan
