My partner and I wanted to see the stirling ranges and I came across Cloud Nine Spa website and I wasn't too sure at the time, but as soon as we arrived we fell in love, they made us feel so welcome and to be honest I don't think they miss any details, they are so thoughtful with every single detail of the room. The champagne, the fresh eggs and fresh milk.
We loved everything about it, we ordered their pizza on our second night and they even included chocolates! seriously how sweet is that!
If you are going down that way and would like some quiet time and relaxing time I couldn't remember this place enough! I'm definitely coming back and you should all go there! love Tracey and Dan

My partner and i stayed in the spa/ sauna chalet and we were amazed at the attention to detail. The complimentary champagne and chocolates were just the beginning of the treats that we enjoyed during our time at cloud nine.
The chalet itself was clean, modern and had everything we could imagine on-hand. The spa/ sauna area was a complete relaxation zone. The couch and a cd player in the sauna area were nice touches. Bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable and the kitchen had more utensils than our own home!
I was so impressed by the beautiful surroundings that i decided to plan my engagement at cloud nine and the staff (a lovely family) were only too happy to help in every way they could. Shelly (the owner) made the day one to remember and i cannot describe the lengths they went to on the day to make sure everything was perfect.
My Fiance and i truely were on cloud nine for the whole trip and the engagement was the icing on the cake. It was a really amazing day topped off by a congratulatory cheese platter and more champagne from the staff as well as a heart-felt card congratulating us. The little touches at this place made all the difference and we were sad to leave our dream like state and return to reality.
i would definitely recommend cloud nine to anyone who wishes to appreciate the beauty of the south west in the perfect setting.

Lives up to its hype. The best chalet we have stayed in. Lots of attention to detail which made our stay extra special. The chalet was beautifully presented and equipped with lots of extras (bath salts; body lotion; cooking oil and spices; a bottle of bubbly, chocolates and fresh eggs in the fridge ....). The two chalets are not visible from each other - just the birds and kangaroos for company as you lounge in your spa bath and gaze out on the bush. The owners have created a lovely bush walk, animal petting area and childrens play area too. The location is a bit remote but this is Western Australia where distance is not a barrier. The Porongurups and Stirling Ranges national parks are on the doorstep with Albany a drive away. Well worth a stay for rest and recuperation.

Thanks for making my wife and I welcome and for the card and btl Champers we had a great time and relaxed in the lovely chalet. Only one thing we found was to many notes around the place to us this would be better in a welcome folder for guests. Other than that was great.
