Kalbarri Reef Villas is a great place to stay right in the middle of town with fantastic tropical gardens with outside Bali huts in shady garden. Being in town everywhere you want to visit is in walking distance. Bbq area was great for outside dining and the pool area was nice for a swim. To top it of i was surprised at the broadband speed that was so fast. Thankyou Steve & Linley for a top stay.

Reef Villas is the only accomodation we book in Kalbarri. We know our rooms are always impeciably clean, the service is second to none and they are located peacefully just off the foreshore, so you don't get the traffic noise. They are within easy walking distance to the shops and attractions and surrounded by tropical, lush green gardens, giving you the sense of a lovely oasis. The managers are very friendly and always helpful. The pool, bbq, laundry are all well maintained and ready for easy use at all times. We would recommend Reef Villas to anyone.

Nice two floor appartments, decor not up to date but nice enough. Nice pool and friendly staff.

The Reef Villas are in a motel style block, rather than individual villa "houses". We had a duplex for 4 people including 2 seniors. Aircon throughout and in each room and the villas are brick built so noise from neighbours is not an issue. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a balcony overlooking attractive tropical-style gardens. Downstairs outside the large lounge area is a small patio, plus there are various covered areas in the gardens with tables and chairs. Large BBQ area for guests to share.

Location is convenient as only a v short walk from main road thru town and all restaurants.

Our villa was very clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful.
