Hotel leo is just opposite to Radisson hotel and very cost effective and value for money.
I am staying in this hotel since 5 years when I have budget constraints and if I am not staying in this hotel then atleast 1 time food to be taken in its restaurant. good place to stay with prior booking

Overall The LeoFort Hotel is too busy for its own Good. Because this place is cheap all Indian Residents on Business book this place and the Hotel gets extremely busy. The Management cant handle the pressure, because by the looks of things they are actually under manned. They need more staff. When we NRI's come over they cant give us the attention that we actually expect so this is the main reason why they couldnt care less if we came back or not. They make their money from Business Conferences by Indian Residents who use the Hotel Facility alot.
Everytime you ring up they are fully booked its very hard to get yourself a room here, compared to other Hotels within the same area like Maya, Kamal Palace and Raddisson. The Food here is awful I wouldnt reccommend it at all, its not Fresh.
The only good thing about this place is that they have spent a fortune on a Swiimming Pool and it does actually look good. The other thing is the Locality its perfect.
If you dont mind rudeness and your good at giving what you get then this place is ok.
If you want Excellent Customer Service, Excellent Food and Excellent Cleaniness, then try Kamal Palace! Backside of Raddisson, Civil Lines. Near Maya Hotel.

Constant problems with lack of hot water/water pressure. Whole place smelt damp. Staff don't give a damn just take your money and basically tell you to get lost if you have a problem. Also when I checked out paid by Credit card and rather than bring the chip and pin machine to me they asked me for my pin number! I didn't oblige as they were already asking me to use a chip and pin in a back office which was suspect. When I complained they couldn't give a crap. Also mouldy bread served in buffet restaurant. when complained met with silence didn't bring fresh bread to us just chucked it out on buffet table without a word

Stayed in this hotel for three weeks - initially experience was good however this was spoilt by the poor management attitude. My father bought a new t-shirt which was stolen from his room, the management's response to this was that it was not possible that the staff had taken it rather that we had mislaid it - there was no apology. They furher said that they could not care less if we used their hotel or not. The rooms on the surface appear clean however there are alot of insects crawling around and I found that they ate my knitwear. I occupied my room as a single female and found that male staff were knocking at my door after midnight to access the room for various reasons - therefore single females beware.
