The website makes this camp look like a true luxury-tented camp with the promise of hot showers and bathrooms in the tent. The shower was outside of the tent with a bamboo fence around it that was not quite private -- many gaps in the fence. As for the hot water, the camp needed a one-hour notice, which we did give one day, but never got the hot water. The toilet is in the tent, but separated by a half-wall with no door and is simply a toilet leading down to a bucket under the tent. This could get rather smelly at times. Despite these things, the camp is in a good location and the food is quite nice. The staff are friendly and very flexible about eating times. For $220 a night for a family of four (full board), I would have expected a bit more luxury, but $220 is relatively inexpensive compared to other game-park hotels in Uganda.
