My stay was ok. Have no complaints about the room, but the staff was not very friendly. Nobody smiles at this hotel very much.

We stayed two nights here as we toured in Alexandria Bay and Sackets Harbor. It was like new--clean, comfortable, and convenient--down the street from multiple chain restaurants and a movie theater. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Want to relax? Try this Hampton Inn.

The greeting at the front desk was very friendly and warm. All information was provided. The room is far size and very clean. The pool is nice and heated. Just checked in today and plan to stay another night. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for two nights at the Watertown Hampton Inn in October. It was our first visit to Watertown and we very much enjoyed it.

The hotel was well-kept, clean and comfortable. Our king-bed room was large and featured a small fridge and microwave, and a desk. The television got a lot of channels. And free wi-fi! The bathroom was a good size, with a large stand-up shower. The bathroom had a mini coffee maker in it (which wasn't needed, since the lobby had coffee and snacks).

The staff were very nice, both the ladies at the front desk and those who served breakfast. The free breakfasts weren't bad - we ate fruit, cereal and yogurt and didn't try the waffles, baked goods or eggs (although everyone that we saw eating them seemed to enjoy them). As I mentioned the lobby always had coffee, tea (about 10 different kinds!) and fruit and snacks. In the evening they brought out a flavoured coffee too.

The hotel was very close to the shopping mall, highway, stores and restaurants. The location is great. It's also quiet, which is very nice.

We will definitely be visiting next year, and we will again stay at the Hampton Inn - although next time we'll bring our swimsuits and take advantage of the indoor pool!
