We stayed at this hotel for NYE and NYs and have nothing else to say but fantastic. Walking distance to everything. We were upgraded to their Jucuzzi suite oh wow for the price well worth it .

We stayed here for one night but could have stated for a week. Everything was very pleasant from the minute we checked in to the minute we left. Lots of free parking, clean lobby and very lean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our children enjoyed the pool very much. The temperature was just right. The hotel was quiet and our room was well set up. We had a King Suite.the room had a small kitchenette, a microwave, and fridge. The best part of our stay was Jerry, the employee working the buffet breakfast. He prepared a wonderful goodie bag for us for our trip home. The buffet was great. Lots of fresh fruit, cereal, pancakes, etc and . the room where breakfast was served was very clean.
We all enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again in an instant. There are lots of hotels in this area but don't waste your time going to any of the other ones. This one is perfect.

My brother was getting married in Watertown and so our extended family needed a place to spend the weekend. The Holiday Inn Express was a good choice. The rooms were comfy and clean, the breakfast was perfect, and the pool/fitness center/sauna was a hit with the kids and adults alike. While located right off the highway, you cannot hear the traffic. There were several places to eat within five minutes walk. I would select this hotel again when visiting the area.

We make regular trips to see friends in the Syracuse area and always stay here as it is quite close to the border. The staff are very pleasant; the rooms are impeccably clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. There is an excellent selection of food at the breakfast bar from fresh fruit and yoghurt, to bacon, eggs and sausage, to pancakes and cinnamon rolls. The hotel has been open for a few years now but the high standard of service has not changed.
