Stayed here last August with my husband for a wedding that was happening at the Hotel. The prices were ridiculous. I was not given any discount being with the wedding guests. The carpets were filthy. So filthy they were slimy and left your socks black. Had to wear shoes the whole time. The outside looked like it had not been tended to in quite some time. Plants were dead, leaves and debris in all corners. Many outside lights were out and some entrances were not lit at all. In fact, our back door would intermittently not work with our key and I did not like being down in the back with little to no light and being locked out. Several times over the course of the weekend we had to drive or walk back around to the front to get into the hotel and then walk ALLL the way to the back. I think I spent more time that weekend walking the corridors of the hotel than anything else. Overall the food at the wedding was just so so and drinks were pricey. The staff seemed more concerned with each other's dramas than with the customers. Will never stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed there for Black Friday shopping. We found the website deceiving in that it shows the Premium oulet to be closer. The price was expensive for a US hotel and the hotel is run down, it reminded me of a nursing home. The radiators were rusty, the bar fridge made a noise the whole time we were there. When we left the room on the first day we removed the Do not disturb sign and passed the cleaning staff in the hall. Our room was not cleaned or beds made, or towels replaced. The water pressure was so poor we were almost afraid to put shampoo in our hair for fear it would never get rinsed out. We definitely would not recommend this hotel.

This is an older hotel but well kept and clean, we were given a smoking room by mistake but the mistake was quickly dealt with by delivering the new room to us and we were upgraded to a King suite. we would recommend this Inn for overnight or an extended stay

we stayed here for 2 nights in September when evacuating during hurricane Irene. The room was clean and adequate. The main reason I give it only 3 stars was that the "queen" size bed was in fact a full size bed. Not the worst thing in the world, but they should advertize the beds as full size, not queen. The hotel is in a wonderful location for visiting the areas around the finger lakes. There are LOTS of wineries and breweries in the area. We did not use the pool when we were here, although there seemed to be lots of people enjoying it and it looked like a nice space. We did not visit the restaurant either. There were too many good places to eat nearby!

I would consider staying here again if in the area as long as the price was right. I think we paid a bit much @175 a night, however I am not sure what the going rates are in the area during september.
