this place is horrible sheets and blankets had nasty stains on them! Our bathroom was dirty with an un flushed toilet an pee stAins on the floor. If thAt wAs not enough we were awaken at 9:20 by a very rude housekeeper wanting to know if we were checkingout! We will never stay here ever again nasty hotel nasty rooms an horrible housekeeping very rude!

Very Attentive Staff. Always smiling. Enjoyed breakfast. Waffles, eggs, ham, toast, bagels, etc. Lobby very nice. Looks like an old LaQuinta. Hallways are very run-down. Room was cool, almost chilly. King size bed, micro/fridge, sofa, chair and desk. Very small bathroom. Overall a positive experience. However the property could benefit financially if they would install some weatherstripping around the doors, especially the exterior doors.

Traveled to Binghamton this week to visit family for the Holidays. Our usual hotel was booked so we used a choice privileges reward night for this stay. Well the exterior looked as though it had been redone within the last ten years, slightly outdated but an obvious renovation of a typical 1960's roadside hotel. The lot was full of utility crew trucks. Lobby was inviting and front desk was very nice. Room was clean, beds were a 4 on the 1-10 scale. Bathroom had lots of rust, lint/dust in vents and some type of corrosion on the toilet seat hinges which my 5 year old was very intrigued by. Not so bad but in the morning we were greeted by ants on the nightstand and the floor! Thankfully it was free, 54th night in a hotel this year, I have seen much worse.

Walls paper thin.
Dirty and Smoke odor all throughout.
Old and in need of a total face lift.
Stains on carpets and bath tub.
Air conditioning not working.
Web sites give this a 3 star rating but only worthy of maybe a 2 star at most.
