I am unlucky enought to have to travel to Utica to visit my inlaws. The Hampton Inn is hands down the best hotel in this area. It is a newer hotel constructed 3 years ago. The rooms were clean and the beds were soft. The shower had great water presure. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Also they had snacks at night and breakfast in the morning. This hotel has earned my business in my future travels to Utica.

A pleasurable place to stay, rooms were clean, up to date and a good variety of television channels. I was on the 3rd floor and had no issues at all.

It's rather difficult to find, as the signage is poor and it's tucked well behind a Denny's, but the Hampton Inn has large, comfortable rooms with a nice chair & ottoman, large desk, flat-screen TV, modern furnishings, and quiet. Free hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee & juice is a big bonus. Large fridge in the room isn't a minibar - it's for your convenience. Very nice touch.

There was nothing extraordinary with this Hampton Inn, clean and simple just like most. As usual, you can expect and find a clean room and a comfy bed. The bathroom was spacious. It was a bit more updated than most and there was a flat screen TV. The staff was very friendly and recognized my Hilton HHonors Tier upon arrival. Check in and out was not slow. Breakfast was hot and replenished quickly. Would stay again and would recommend!
