We had 2 families share the place along with teen aged kids. Our sons were participating in the Cooperstown Dream Park. We entertained guests and they noticed the many amenities available.

For a 4 bedroom house, this place is the best deal. It's about a 15 minute drive from parking lot to parking space in Cooperstown, but beautiful and scenic make the drive worth it.
Rustic is the word with this place, but upscale "mexican themed" in the sense that the place is put together. It's fun and very warming to any kids/younger folk you have staying with the group. Also, you just feel like you can relax there and be "at home".
There is also a great yard for kids and adults alike to explore and have fun in. As a chef, I was eyeing the edible herbs all over the yard; in the garden and along the staircase (watch out for the delicious stinging nettles)...
It's a true deal for the space and beauty provided if your not in a hurry to get to town or the dream parks. When there, you almost don't want to... It's a much better dream of its own.

Handy location for travel in the Cooperstown area. We were busy with wedding-planning activities,so had little time to enjoy property, but the setting was relaxing.

A Comfort Woods guest house was just what our family needed. It was fun and eclectic. It was truly a home away from home. It was so nice to spend this time together as a family in a place that was not a cold sterile hotel room. Even though we were there for a sad occaison coming back to Comfort Woods each night just made all the difference in the world! It was just so peaceful and relaxing. We loved the glass block shower and ocean themed bathroom walls. The tiles in the kitchen and dining room are lovely. I just can't say enough good things about this place! If you need peaceful away time this is the place to get it!
