SO and I and a friend stayed in this hotel for 1 night while in transit to Ontario on a motorcycle touring trip.

Read the other reviews and gave it a shot as we were staying in an expensive B&B for 2 nights in Ontario.

The bed was like a concrete slab with a sheet on it - 2 not great pillows (tho we did get 2 more from front desk).

Plenty of hot water and towels. Front desk at check-in very helpful and pleasant. The hotel IS in a shopping center and difficult to find - we had to pull over and call them - even the GPS couldn't find it. It's in the shopping center with the Perkin's Restaurant.

Other than the bedding, was a decent place to stay for a night - but I wouldn't want to live there during an TDY assignment or to vacation.

On the road for work, my partner and I live out of hotels. We were in the area for two weeks and thought we would save on our budget by staying here. The room had an odor that I found to be a mixture of body odor and rotten onions. I bottle of febreeze, and several candles we defeated! My partner ended up with bed bugs that drove him crazy, and I did whatever I could to stay out of the room, and only return to sleep and shower.
The dishes and cookware that they provided was in a horrible state. I had to throw away some of the food that I had bought - not thinking that I would have to check the equipment first.

We've decided never to stay at an Extended Stay again, and to just stick with our choice hotels - they seem to never let us down!

I have to say I used the prevous reviews to find a decent hotel at a reasonable price in the Rochester area for a couple of days. The reviews were pretty muchon the mark. This hotel was clean. The bed comfortable. And quiet. I did have a problem with the toilet working properly upon arrival, but they moved me to a new room right away. As matter of fact they credit my bill a few bucks on check out without me even asking.

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable hotel for under $100, this is the place. Although there are no extras and internet access cost $5 a day. Having a refrigeator with freezer in the room was nice.

I was in Rochester for an annual tournament, so I have stayed at a couple of places in area and this was by far the best. We usually travel with a group but this year we used the HOTWIRE service and Extended Stay ended up being our selection. We stayed from Thursday night to Sunday and it was very pleasant, clean and the people were courteous. It was easy check in & out, and the location was cool. Though it is sort of ot of the way next to a strip mall, it was very quiet. We had just about anything we wanted very nearby. Since it had a full kitchen we saved a ton of money by going shopping the first night and getting some items to work up in the kitchen. On previous trips I have always spent a fortune on eating out!! The room was plain but comfortable, with nice bed and a recliner, after a whole day of tournament play it was very relaxing to be able to sitback in the recliner with my feet up and watch World Cup Soccer which is goin on at the time. I would recommend to anybody and will definitely look up again next time I am traveling.
