My family and I stayed in this hotel few weeks back while we are heading to Niagara Falls vacation. We booked the hotel room over telephone reservation listed in extended stay website, (but it seems they were 3rd party and the reservation sucked). We booked King size room for 2 nights. The telephone reservation guy was polite, offered discount but to our surprise when we checked in we were offered Queen size room instead of King size. During our reservation we asked him to send us a written confirmation of our booking via email but he never did that.

We had a little baby and it was difficult to sleep that night in Queen size. As we checked in late night there was a old front desk lady who gave our room key and she did not have power to change our room. Next day I spoke with the regular front desk and showed my dissatisfaction with the wrong reservation. They apologized and changed my room to King size and I was offered the rate of Queen size room . The King size room was very big, clean and we enjoyed it. The kitchen was small and nice. We liked our second day stay there. I would suggest people to confirm their room reservation by calling to the hotel directly prior to your stay or atleast email confirmation.

I rarely write a review on places I have stayed unless they were either extremely welcoming or Extremely Poor. Upon check in, which was late evening about 9pm the front desk person whom was a very kind man was the only asset to this hotel. The room was basic in and of its self: bed, refrigerator,bathroom clean, bed horrific like noone bothered to change the linen from previous guest. The most pathetic thing about this hotel and I have stayed @ highend suites to budget and extended stays is the fact that your personal belongings that are valuable WILL be STOLEN and yes I said stolen. The woman at the front desk the following day was a complete waste of mind space lying from A to Z about herself and other employees w/criminal records. It is a shame that people such as this exist when one works hard for their belongings to be STOLEN, then followed up by someone who could not care less w/NO conscious and did not bother to assist w/assisting w/replacing personal items.Now Really??This hotel should look into the background of their staff SERIOUSLY. The only refuge is that I am a FIRM believer in God what comes around goes around.

I went ahead with booking this hotel after reading mixed reviews. Went with my wife and two small children for a shopping trip and a get away. The hotel is a long stay hotel which may put people off as you really don't know what you may walk into. We walked into sewing pins on the kitchenette floor and a bottle cap behind a chair. The cleaning staff is not very attentive to details and we did wipe clean surfaces just to have peace of mind. We opted for the king suites which cost $5 or so extra per night from the regular rooms. These rooms are highly recommended as the floors are mostly laminate and the decor seems newer. You can have your room cleaned for a daily fee of $5 a day or you can keep it clean yourself and ask the desk for dish soap,towels etc. Tracey at the front desk is a kind wonderful help and they are lucky to have here on the team. It is worth the value by far and for the savings there really is no room for complaint. I would return as it is close to everything you need and i'm sure you can have this option for next to nothing on priceline.

This is our second time staying at this location and I can only say wonderful things about it! This trip included 4 rooms for various age people and everyone was 110% satisfied with the value. We were also very impressed with the staff...they were very friendly and helpful with all of our needs/requests. I will look for Extended Stay America for all travel needs.
