Our service, and room were just fine, but we did have recurring problems accessing the Wi-Fi while there for 5 days. We had to talk to their Tech Support people on the phone, and they could get us into the system after being talked through some fixes. But that is kind of an irritant in this day and age. They did volunteer to give us 50% off of our room for one night to make up for out difficulties. That was a very nice touch. Over all our stay was very nice, with a good, comfortable facility and good, attentive staff.
