I am retired and travel a lot. Comfort Inns suit me perfectly. I don’t want more and I don’t want less. I am only writing because I was very impressed with the staff and breakfast at Rochester Comfort Inn West. 20’ of counter was totally filled with breakfast food. While I was eating the manager came in and checked food temperatures with a probe. The housecleaning staff greeted me with a smile and “I hope you are enjoying your stay with us”. The bed and bathroom were excellent. What was bad? Rochester weather. You have to want to live in Rochester to tolerate their weather. A bit of advice for those who complain about noisy AC units, travel with ear plugs and AdvilPM, this also works for babies on planes. In closing I want to say the location was very safe, had a traffic light to enter and leave, and close to every kind of store and restaurant you would want. If you visit New York you have to visit a Wegmans, one is less than a mile away.
