We are a young family and we really liked our stay here. The free shuttle works great. But if the weather is nice and you don't have too much luggage it is only a 5 minute walk to the terminal... if that. Included breakfast is good too. Certainly recommended for a clean basic room.

Yes, the bed was great -- so comfortable I didn't even want to get out of it -- but also the rest of the hotel was just fine despite some worryingly negative reviews. And not a bed bug bite in sight, so take those comments with a grain of salt.

Very polite and helpful staff, fabulous location for flying out of Rochester, parking just fine (able to put car across from the window of our room), and breakfast perfectly adequate for the price. Was granted both AAA and AARP discounts for both rooms as father with us, so came to 70/night/room. Would have expected much worse for that price so very pleasantly surprised.

Also, wasn't disturbed at ALL by airplane noise even though, yes, they fly above. But not at night so not an issue.

Hotel's biggest draw is stay/park/fly and it was obvious from parking lot they make their money from running a parking service. We had to park out back due to the full lot of cars from flying (non-staying) guests. We stayed at this hotel during Christmas because it was close to family. Best feature was the comfortable mattress. Heater in room was marginal at best, ceiling sloped in one corner due to large water stain, shower had mold and toilet seat was partially unhinged. And the hotel is in the direct flight path of the airport (runway across street close enough to walk to). Expensive hotel, not a good bargain, won't be back.

With local hotels fully booked we found a room here unsurprisingly! Pretty basic stuff on the edge of the runway, shabby not just at the edges, breakfast area in a very used state, little choice. It served our overnight en route purposes but we would never go again. Not a good advertisement for the COMFORT chain - suggest someone reviews the whole show.
