I have stayed here multiple times in the past 2 years. I travel for business as a Sales VP and work all across Upstate NY. This hotel is my first choice for the Rochester, NY area. This Holiday Inn Express is extremely clean, nice rooms, has a great breakfast, very fast internet and reasonable rates. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. It is nice that they have copies of New York Times available each weekday in the lobby in addition to the USA Today. The bathrooms are small, however, the sink is located just outside the bathroom so that works well.

This location has a Priority Club lounge on the second floor for Gold and Platinum members. It has a large screen TV, large couches and is stocked with snacks and soft drinks/bottled water for the guests. That is nice!

This hotel has various Restaurants choices real close by including: Dave's Famous BBQ, Five Guys, Uno Chicago Grill and Perkins. The Olive Garden and The Distillery are within walking distance.

When I travel to Rochester this is the first hotel I pick.

We stayed at the holiday inn for 4 nights and thought it was a very pleasant stay the staff were very helpful to us as we had a problem with the plumbing so we were moved to another room with no fuss.
Our room was very neat clean and comfortable a tiny bit on the small side but it was suitable for us.
The room fridge and microwave.
The complimentry breakfast was awesome from eggs suasages oatmeal toast cereal croissants and pancakes and there famous cinnamon buns,tea coffee juice..
We would recommend anyone to stay here as we would stay there on our next visit.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Free breakfast, free wifi, free parking, free gym big plus!
The receptionists could be a little friendlier. Otherwise, good location, stores across the street - walking distance yet pretty quiet area.

Stayed with family on our way to nyc, very clean room helpful staff. We loved the hot breakfest. Will be our spot on the way to nyc for now on! Only down side is no pool.
