I stayed at the Quality Inn Rochester Airport to be near the Univ. of Rochester for Meliora Weekend. It met all of my needs perfectly and actually exceeded my expectations: Clean room, comfy bed, fabulous shower, essential toiletries provided, lots of breakfast choices including healthy ones, and absolutely superior service. I was delighted to learn that the hotel provides a free shuttle that will drop you off within a 5 mile range. In fact, the driver made sure that I made it to campus in time for the keynote speaker despite heavy traffic. It was a busy weekend for the hotel, with parents visiting and a youth sports event. However, the hotel was peaceful and quiet and I received personalized attention despite the fact they were booked to capacity.

While this inn is quite a bit older, it is clean and well kept. No frills -- except for EXXXXCELLENT SERVICE FROM EVERYONE! Service was like staying at the Hotel or a beautiful resort.

Very nice staff -good value for the money -would stay here again

Sept. 14th ,15th, 2011.We stayed 2 nights here on vacation largely because the staff was SO friendly. We were on the type of vacation with no specific plans except seeing Niagra Falls then see what we see. The Rochester area was fun and the surrounding wine country area was beautiful. We were greeted at this Inn by Shantell at the front desk. She had a big smile and sparkle in her eyes. She really enjoyed people and was a big reason we stayed another night. The room was clean and comfortable. The HOT breakfast in the am was outstanding. We chose this hotel because of a coupon deal..not expecting the greatest but we were blown away!
