This hotel was won-der-ful! STAFF - front desk were ok, housekeeping very helpful.
PROPERTY- amazing, lobby was large, modern and spacious, important for breakfast (which was standard FREE BREAKFAST quality, but at least there were hot items to choose from) - additional info - they have gas BBQs and hotel supplies BBQ equipment. I also noticed they serve light dinners M-Th evenings, but we never experienced it cuz we stayed over the w/e. GYM - has everything - med and swiss balls, cardio machines, free weights, cable system, BOSU. POOL - on the smaller side, but at least was heated, no complaints. ROOMS - we had 2 dbl/queen suite, w/ full size fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, everything you need! Flat screen TVs, plush bedding, clean and spacious rooms AREA - everything you need: chain restaurants to home cooked shops and bakeries, 24hr grocery stores, mall across the street, incl 2 others on the same road, outlet an hour...(we preferred Eastview mall the best).

we stayed 3 nights over T-giving weekend and this was a good choice for our needs. on the opposite side of town from our son's apartment, but really quite close and simple access to any part of the city. Housekeeping includes running the dishwasher for guests (!wow!) and when we had a few problems on our arrival, the night manager immediately responded. I would repeat when returning to ROC for either family or business.

We have arrived at a stage of our lives where my parents hosting a Thanksgiving was most likely going to cause them more grief than joy. They still live in the house where they raised 6 of us and trying to prepare for a Thanksgiving feast is the true equivalent of feeding an (invading) army.
Without any research and with only past positive experiences at Homewoods to call upon, we planned our Thanksgiving for this hotel. From my first inquiry, every person at this Homewwod went above and beyond to be sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful family holiday.
Vina planned the room and made sure that we had all the trappings of a big family meal at home. Kevin provided the most welcoming manner imaginable and showed us how to truly make ourselves at home. Katie and Tammy and every other person we came into contact with wanted us to enjoy ourselves as much as we would at home. It was remarkable!
Our rooms were clean and well-appointed, everything we have always come to expect at Homewood. The kids loved the pool and the exercise room and the lounge. I hope our crowd did not make anyone feel uncomfortable as we used the lobby for watching football. I really cannot say enough good things about this Homewood and I am eager to return for another stay.

This was our third stay in 6 months at the Homewood Suites in Greece. We love staying at this hotel while visiting our daughter at college. It is just off the interstate near many restaurants and shops. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well run. Beds and pillows are great! Free Wifi and breakfast including scrambled eggs and biscuits with gravy. The price is reasonable. We plan to return the next time we visit Rochester.
