This is a Don't Miss when in Rochester. I am a big house fan (always like to check out the local mansions) and this was an education and eye opener. My husband is not such a house fan, but he loved it too. We took the guided tour first, and after that the guide spent time with us telling stories about the family, giving us a real sense what it was like to grow up in that era. We will go back again and allow more time, an hour was not enough. Be sure to walk the neighbourhood too.
