Everyone knows everyone in Owego, which is what makes staying at Pumpelly all the more pleasurable. I come up here for work at least seven times a year and I always stay here. I got to know the innkeeper and she always has a room ready for me. I've stayed in the suite several times - huge room with sumptuous bedding, comfy seating, a view of the river and a flat screen TV.
The house is gorgeous - come during the winter holidays and it's decorated to the hilt. In the summer it's a wonderful vacation spot. I can't say enough about how cozy it is to come "home" to Pumpelly instead of a cold hotel at the end of a long day.
Room Tip: All the rooms are cozy, but I prefer the outer corner rooms like the suite. They're quieter.
