This is the worst hotel i have ever seen the hall ways are dark the celing is colapsing wall paper is peeling it smells musty sheets and towels are stained window in room was cracked and dirty pool is slippey like it has scum on steps and bottom i fell with baby in arms no towels in pool room no coffee for in room coffee maker not even a cup in room this place should be free not 100 a night the employees are too much vary vary cold and rude i rated it a 1 cause there are no lower but it is like a -10 save your money

If this is the only one available in Ogdensburg, stay home. An absolute dump. I travel for business all the time, and aside from a flee-ridden hostel I stayed at once in Bangkok, this was certainly the worst. The staff will even agree with you. They were 'embarassed' to work there, to quote one. I won't repeat what others have posted on this website, but I stayed there in Late August 2006, and nothing has changed for the better.

This was the worst place my family and I have ever stayed in... The first room has a clock you couldn't plug in d/t no prongs on the plug. It had a really bad odor, you couldn't open a window and the air conditioner would only blow out hot smelly air... They changed our room and we went from bad to worse but stayed in this room anyway. The carpet was wet, the room was dirty, and the sheets and towels were very old and worn. There was a coffee maker, no coffee and no cups. The window opened but the view was nothing to look at. Unsafe window also d/t no screening. We had a bucket for ice, the ice machine was not working. Soda machine with no only a couple of choices, most of the soda was gone. Do you get the picture???
The best was the next morning. As I was getting out of the shower, after the mirror had fogged over with the steam, you could read on the mirror where someone had written the words "murder di-do" backwards!!!! This was the last straw! We finished doing what we had to do to get ready and were checked out by 7:30 that morning. This was the worst $130.00 ever spent for a night!
There were only a handful of cars there and I am sure these folks would agree with what we all seem to be saying! Better Business Burreau should really check this place out and close down this dump!

Where do i start! No towels in the rooms, the bed was a rock, there were pubes in the bed, [--] stains on the sheets. A rat had gnawed threw the bar of soap in the bathroom. The hot water took a half hour to warm up. No vending machines or dinning anywhere. And to top it all off when i checked out and told the woman at the desk i was not going to pay 120.oo per nite she accused me of trying to "JEW" her down! My reccomendation, if there is no other hotel available sleep on the street its going to be cleaner!
