My husband and I stayed here two nights because all the other places I was interested in booking did not have any room left.

We got a good first impression with the friendly guys. Soon after the free transfer (one way only) from the port to the hotel and the nice welcome with a small bottle of white table wine, we were very disappointed:
(1) The first night we were in a large room and for the second night they changed us to a small room without any clear explanation

(2) they offered us a standard studio of 65 Euros, for 55 Euros or a fully renovated standard room of 95 Euros for 85 Euros, we selected the more expensive room expecting it will be the best one- these rates do not match with what they advertise on their website (for August 2007)- but I think they get away with this because Santorini is sooooo beautiful that you do not want to waste one single minute arguing with your hotel

(3) we were asked to pay the second night in cash or we will have to pay 95 Euros per night!

(4) the bathrooms in both rooms were very smelly and had water running in the floor

(5) the rooms were near the pool and both nights we had people talking very loudly and hanging around our door up until very late.


(6) the smaller room only had one small window near the door making it feel like a basement

(7) about the kitchen of the studio we got to see?.. oh well if you are not planning to cook, it is ok

If you have other choices do not stay here!
