We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights over new years and overall it was a great experience! We arrived around midnight, check in was fast. We felt very secure at this hotel, after 10 pm you need a key to enter the hotel and you need a key to enter the parking lot. Our room was nice, beds were comfortable, the furniture was old it was chipping. The room as well as the bathroom were spotless and the sheets were very fresh.
We went down for breakfast every morning, the breakfast ended at 10 and we were usually down there by 9.45. By 9.45 they had already started cleaning up for breakfast and taking down everything. The breakfast was not very good at all, the “Omelet” was discounting (I don't want to know what the eggs were made of) but the other cold stuff was fine. The pool was nice and so was the hot tub they always had an ample amount of towels which was nice.
The staff was hit or miss, at checkin the man was not very friendly but the other time most of the staff was very friendly. The housekeeping were by far the friendliest people in the hotel, they always had a smile on there face and asked if everything was going ok. The hotel is in a good location, right across from the casino and about a 15 minute walk to the falls. The neighborhood is not the greatest and is very run down but i felt relatively safe during our stay. Overall it was a great stay, we most likely would stay here on our next trip to the falls.
