This hotel is just a few blocks from the Falls, easy walking distance. We did not have a Falls-side room, however, and our window view was somewhat dreary. However, we were not staying there in order to look out the window, and the room itself was spacious and clean. Everything worked. There were plenty of towels and a coffee maker.
We used the sauna room once, attempted to use the pool, but the water seemed to be unheated. That didn't bother other guests who were using the pool. We also enjoyed the free newspapers in the lobby.
Denny's restaurant was located in the hotel lobby, and had free coffee/hot tea available at all times. Denny's management take note: some of the employees gave the impression that their customers were bothering them by requesting service. My husband and I, however, got a jewel of a waitress.

tottaly overcrowed...no free space for breakfast...totally overprieced 250 $ per night! okay its nigara falls but...for this its to much!!!

chambermaid arrived at 4 pm there is too less staf for so many guests!!
but the location is quiet nice!! and the lady of the tour acency was lovely!!

Very nice hotel. Very clean, not expensive (~$100) considering its convenience right at the Falls. This Day's Inn was not represenative of the Days Inn's I am used to, which are small and cheap and generally two-star motels (ie. nothing special). This Day's Inn was a very nice, inexpensive hotel, not luxury, but great for a family. We were able to leave our car in the parking lot and walk everywhere, even over to canada. Inside the hotel, the front end staff and housekeeping staff were very kind and accommodating to us even though we arrived a couple of hours before check-in. We did not use the "in house" restaurant as our family, as a rule, doesn't not eat at Denny's. But we did eat at and enjoy the Hard Rock Cafe, which was less than a 5-minute walk away.
