The perfect location for the people visiting Nayagara Falls
The restaurant with continental break fast id good but some items in the break fast need to be with out sugar as allmost all the items are with sugar
Rest all ok with its walking distance to falls park

Stayed in the Comfort inn over an October weekend. Nice little hotel. Excellent location directly across from Niagara falls state park. It was easy to go back and forth to our hotel if we needed anything. Very good breakfast. Could make our own waffles. Hotel just a short walk away from the Hard Rock Cafe.
I would recommend staying on the upper floors away from the elevator. Our room was on the ground floor and the elevator kept making a buzzing noise my husband and I could hear from our room. (kept us up the first night) Our room was also musty, but we didn't come here to hang out in our room. We came to see the falls.

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It was a last minute decision and luckily they had a room available for a same day reservation on a Saturday night. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and we had a wonderful park view, very nice. The free breakfast is a plus; choices of cereal, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruits, waffles, eggs, sausage patties, etc. We would definitely stay again.

Location is the main reason we picked this hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel was just ok for the money. We needed the shortest walk to the falls due to handicap person and this worked well for us. Hotel could use a major remodel but so could the area surrounding it.
