We were looking for a reansonably priced hotel so I found this one and checked the reviews and we weren't disappointed. The hotel was in a great location, it was very clean and rooms were big. Rates were great. The continental breakfast was ok depending on what you wanted to eat. The clerk at the front desk was excellent. She was pleasant and offered great shopping and dining ideas. They have a large pool, looked very inviting but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I look forward to staying here again.

We booked this hotel online and it looked nice but you just never know till you get there. We were pleasantly surpised to see that the pictures did not lie. Our room was renovated and modern and very clean. The amenities....pool, fitness were all there for your enjoyment. The continental breakfast was quite good. The location was perfect for shopping and dining. I found this hotel lived up to their advertisement and was great value for our money. We will definitely stay there on our next visit to NY.

Our check in went well our room was renovated and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed mid week for two nights and it was very quiet. Continental breakfast was well stocked and good. The rooms had extra towels and other necessities iron, hairdryer,coffee pot and nice to have frig's in every room. The pool was under renovation, but our main purpose was shopping and dining out. Another time I would enjoy the pool it looked very inviting. I stayed there many times years ago and was glad I had tried it again. The price was very affordable. We plan to return again.

We had two rooms reserved for a night during the memorial day weekend, one with 2 beds and the other with a king size. The rooms are very basic, nothing special. The decor is below average, the beds are not very comfortable but the location is close to the falls. There are couple of reasons why I stayed at this hotel - a) proximity to the falls and b) BW premier member as I had my reservation through points.

The location is Just perfect, if you want to get to the falls as quickly as you want. The breakfast is OK, they had waffle maker, huge break fast area, they were filling it quick, so no complains.
