After checking out MANY motels in Niagara Falls my friend and I were extremely lucky to find this little gem. From the telephone call to check availability to the minute we checked out we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the owner couple. Felt like a member of their family!
The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked (thank God!), the pool was sparkling clean and the grounds were neat and tidy.
This motel gives you incredible value for your money compared to many of the other motels/hotels in the area.
I wasn't sure if I should write this review because I want to be sure to have a room the next time I call. :)
We have already reserved a room to go back at the end of this month.
DO NOT HESITATE! THIS IS A GREAT SPOT TO STAY!

Stayed for a weekend for a family trip, rooms were nice and comfortable, pool was great and clean. Had reserved two rooms upon arrival the lady said it was too many and we needed a family suite which had two double beds and an extra room with a full bed the suite was nice for a family, the breakfast is joke they have some cookies and very light coffee but way too expensive two nights for the suite 541.00 for a motel this type I would epxect a lot less. Overall we had a greta time would prop stay again if find diffrent rates

We had a great weeks stay. The suite was perfect for a family traveling with 3 kids. Room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was large and roomy. The mini fridge was an added perk since we were traveling with a teenager that does not do early mornings. It was truly a family friendly hotel. The pool is perfect, our kids had a blast. The owners treat their guests like family and we met a few couples that have been coming back for years. The location was very convenient to both the falls and outlets. We were able to use passes from the motel to travel to the falls and other attractions for free. Saves at least $10 a day to park near the falls. We would definitely stay here again!

I booked a 2 queen bed room for 4 people on Booking.com. Upon arrival I figured that the price was apparently for 2 people and got charged $40!! more for one night stay. Altogether it came down to ridiculous $220/night.
What did I get for this amount of money? - A stuffy, dirty, small room, clogged bathtub, no extra folding beds. It was a horrible experience, I would never go back again!
